I contacted four iBuyer companies. SellFast had fair pricing. They were the easiest and most dependable to deal with. They didn't "bait" their initial pricing as others did. They also allowed for the most flexibility in choosing a closing date. I needed 4-5 months due to the other property we were purchasing and SellFast was happy to oblige us. SellFast also had local representation and they had a free local move.
